Windows Defender installation fails in XP Home with "The system administrator has set policies to prevent this installation".
Of course the owner of the computer has not set any such policy. It is likely malware. What are the registry setting that must be changed?2 people need an answerI do too

I too would like to know if there are registry settings that one can change to allow the installation of windows defender.
